Recently, the aging of public facility in Korea has accelerated, and the existing concept for facility 바카라 커뮤니티 is changing to asset 바카라 커뮤니티. Therefore, the operation of public facility requires both 바카라 커뮤니티 for safety and maintenance and new asset 바카라 커뮤니티 capabilities, such as valuation of assets, life-cycle 바카라 커뮤니티 plans, and financing. In this context, this study develops a capability assessment model for public facility asset 바카라 커뮤니티 based on international standards, such as ISO 55000 series and IIMM. This model includes 10 core competency and 113 assessment elements. As the importance of public facility asset 바카라 커뮤니티 is increasing continuously, this capability assessment model is expected to be used to identify the strengths and weaknesses of public facility operating institutions and establish a direction for capacity improvement.
